La Voie Express Group Opens Tanger Med Logistics Platform to Strengthen End-to-End Offer

La Voie Express Group, the logistics subsidiary of H&S Invest Holding and one of Morocco’s leading integrated logistics operators, has announced the development of a 10,000-square-metre logistics platform within Medhub, the port logistics zone of the Tanger Med complex. The project, developed in partnership with Medhub’s operator,is scheduled for commissioning in the third quarter of 2026 and is designed to function as a single integrated site combining customs clearance, warehousing, and dispatch operations.

The strategic rationale is straightforward: by eliminating the intermediate transfers and load breaks that currently add time and cost to cross-border logistics operations, the Tanger Med platform will allow La Voie Express to offer a genuinely seamless end-to-end service for clients operating in international supply chains. The site’s location in a free zone provides the additional advantage of full customs and tax optimization for goods in transit, making it competitive with comparable logistics hubs in the Mediterranean and sub-Saharan African regions.

Medhub, which extends over more than 200 hectares within the Tanger Med complex, has attracted a growing roster of international logistics operators over the past decade, including DHL,Ceva Logistics,Nippon Express, and Decathlon. Its attraction is the combination of world-class port connectivity — Tanger Med is Africa’s largest container port, with direct shipping links to more than 180 ports in over 70 countries — and a structured free-zone environment that allows complex multimodal logistics operations to be performed within a single regulated perimeter.

La Voie Express Group’s expansion at Tanger Med is consistent with a sustained investment trajectory. In February 2026,the group inaugurated its Lakhyayta 2 Hub platform south of Casablanca,a 70,000-pallet-capacity facility covering 10 hectares and serving the contractual logistics needs of industrial,FMCG,pharmaceutical, and retail clients. The Tanger Med addition complements this inland capacity with a maritime gateway asset — the two platforms together forming the core of what the group is positioning as a national end-to-end logistics network.

The move also reflects a broader industrial logic: as Morocco deepens its integration into European and African value chains and prepares its logistics infrastructure for the 2030 World Cup,the demand for integrated, traceable, and certified logistics services is expanding rapidly. La Voie Express Group holds ISO 9001,ISO 14001,and ISO 27001 certifications, and has positioned sustainability and ESG compliance — including decarbonation commitments and circular economy practices — as core dimensions of its value proposition to European industrial clients for whom supply chain ESG standards are increasingly a procurement requirement.
