A young woman has been found dead in a boatyard in a Welsh town.

The victim has been named locally as Corinna Rose with an investigation leading to a murder arrest.

Neighbours say the 21-year-old woman had left her home in Cardigan,on the Welsh coast on Thursday to enjoy a night out but never returned home.

Her body was discovered on a dry-docked boat in Netpool Boat Yard,Cardigan at 12.35pm yesterday.

A witness said a boat was covered in black tarpaulin to be taken away by police for examination.
