
Morocco is now offering free electronic visas (e-Visas) to fans who are planning to attend Africa Cup of Nations (AFCAN-2025) due in the North African Kingdom from Dec. 21,2025,to Jan.18,2026.
The waiver decision was announced Tuesday by the Local Organizing Committee in coordination with Moroccan authorities and the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The move aims to facilitate travel for supporters across Africa and beyond.
Thus,electronic visas will be delivered free of charge to those who obtained a Fan ID via the official “Yalla” mobile app. A Fan ID is mandatory for stadium entry
This temporary waiver applies only to fans who purchased match tickets through the “Yalla” app for AFCON 2025. To ensure memorable life-time experiences for African fans,Moroccan authorities are tightening security measures to better manage the large influx of fans expected during this major football tournament.
Furthermore,15,000 Moroccan volunteers,including African students residing in the Kingdom,are currently receiving training to provide assistance to fans in stadiums,training sites,airports,fan zones,hotels,and public transportation hubs.
