netflix star and rapper ghetts charged with fatal hit-and-run of man aged 20

Rapper and Supacell star Ghetts has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving after a crash in which a man later died.

The musician and Netflix actor,whose real name is Justin Clarke-Samuel,allegedly failed to stop after hitting a 20-year-old man in Ilford,in north-east London.

The incident occurred in Redbridge Lane East on Saturday,October 18,the Met Police said.

Ghetts,41,appeared at Stratford Magistrates’ Court on Monday,the same day the man died in hospital.

The indictment could change from causing serious injury to causing death by dangerous driving at the next hearing.

The show debuted on the streamer in 2024 and saw Ghetts play Craig,or Krazy,who was a former gangster on the show who had the power to absorb the abilities of those around him.
