The 2025 World Manufacturing Conference opened on Saturday in Hefei, the capital of China’s eastern Anhui Province, with the participation of representatives from more than 40 countries, including Morocco.
The conference, attended by government officials, diplomats, business leaders, heads of international organizations, and presidents of professional associations, serves as a strategic platform for sharing expertise, fostering connections among industrial stakeholders, and promoting high-impact investments.
Morocco’s participation in this high-level event aligns with the implementation of the royal guidelines aimed at consolidating the Kingdom’s position as a competitive and attractive global investment hub. It also underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening economic ties with China, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
The Moroccan delegation’s agenda includes meetings and visits to leading Chinese companies and flagship factories, notably Gotion High-Tech,as well as discussions with key professional organizations attending the event.
The program also features meetings with Anhui provincial officials and B2B workshops covering various strategic sectors within the manufacturing industry, including the automotive and agri-food sectors.
