Morning fog patches are expected in most parts of the country,but it will be fine and warm for the rest of the day,according to the South African Weather Service (SAWS).

Isolated showers are forecast for parts of KwaZulu-Natal as well as a morning drizzle in Mpumalanga.

Western half of the Eastern Cape: Foggy patches will appear in the interior early on,followed by fine and cool weather.

However,southern regions will see partly cloudy to cloudy conditions. Coastal winds will start lightly westerly but will become fresh to strong south-westerly,easing from the west by evening.

Eastern half of the Eastern Cape: Morning fog in patches will make way for fine and cool weather,with partly cloudy skies expected along the coast and adjacent areas.

Cloudy conditions will move in south of the escarpment during the afternoon,bringing light rain to the Wild Coast and nearby regions by evening.

Coastal travellers can expect a transition from light westerly to fresh south-westerly winds.
