The commission,chaired by former Constitutional Court Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga,is probing Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi’s claims that the country’s criminal justice system had been captured and that his Political Killings Task Team had been disbanded as a result.
On Wednesday,chief evidence leader Terry Motau gave the opening address which outlined the commission's investigation.
