Prince Harry has spoken out after reuniting with King Charles for the first time in more than a year.
The estranged father and son last met in February 2024 after the monarch revealed he was undergoing cancer treatment.
Harry, who moved to the US in 2020,flew briefly back to London to visit Charles for 30 minutes.
Some 20 months later,Harry pulled up in a car outside Clarence House, the monarch’s London home,at around 5.20pm to have tea with his dad.
He spent about 55 minutes inside before dashing out, later saying at his Invictus event in London of the King: ‘Yes,he’s great, thank you.’

It may feel like a grand soap opera, but in reality,we have all witnessed a family breakdown.’O’Keeffe added that one reason the British public accepted having a new queen,Camilla, following the death of Queen Elizabeth II,was seeing how happy the monarch is with the ‘woman he loves’.‘Whatever perception we may have of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, surely the same principle applies to Father and youngest son,’ he said.
