Western half of the Eastern Cape: The morning begins with fog in some areas,giving way to fine and cool conditions across the province,with pockets of warmer weather.

Coastal winds start as light northerly,transitioning to moderate north-easterly,and freshening to strong easterly winds east of Algoa Bay in the afternoon. By evening,winds will turn moderate south-westerly west of Cape St Francis.
