More Poundland stores are set to close after the chain was acquired for just £1 in a bargain-bin rescue deal.
A list of the first 25 shops to be axed has now been confirmed by the retailer.
The discount stores will close up and down the country in two waves, the first 10 on August 10 and then a further 15 on August 15.
The announcement follows a restructuring plan launched in June to close 68 Poundland stores.
Poundland will stop selling products on their website, instead choosing to provide more womenswear and seasonal ranges in-store.
These plans, but not the closure of the 25 stores announced on Monday, are dependent on the green light from the High Court in August.
