A British tourist who died while jet-skiing has been named as Debra Wright.
Debra,43,was injured in the collision off Los Toros beach in the Spanish region of Costa del Sol last Saturday.
The Wigan local was on the back of a jet ski when it was struck from behind by a speedboat shortly before 7.30pm.
The speedboat driver has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and being in charge of a boat while under the influence of alcohol.
Paramedics attended the scene,but it is unclear if Debra died at the scene or was taken to the hospital.

Debra was a teaching assistant and mum,according to her Facebook profile. She was also the wife of Ashton Town FC chairman Chris Wright.
Ashton Town,based in Ashton-in-Makerfield,Greater Manchester,paid tribute to Debra on X.
The club said: ‘It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that on behalf of Ashton Town FC we announce the tragic death of Debra Wright,wife of Chris,our chairman,who was tragically killed whilst on holiday in Spain on Saturday evening.

Spanish police have not named any of the people involved in the collision.
The man arrested over the death appeared in court yesterday and was released on bail by a judge.
The British Foreign Office told Metro: ‘We are supporting the family of a British woman who has died in Spain.’
