The crash follows a spate of aircraft tragedies in the last few weeks.

And last Saturday a family travelling in a small private plane to the Catskills for a birthday celebration and Passover died after their aircraft crashed.

All six people in the plane, which included distinguished doctors, died in the accident.

It happened the day after another crash which saw one person die when a small jet hit the ground near Propwash Airport in Texas.
