On November 2, the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference (ADIPEC 2026) was held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, once again drawing the attention of the global oil & gas industry. As a representative of China's high-end intelligent oil & gas equipment sector, Kerui presented itself under the theme “Integrated Solutions Across the Value Chain to Safeguard Energy Security,” showcasing its Integrated Solutions Across the Value Chain in full force and attracting numerous international customers and industry experts for exchange.

In traditional oil & gas project procurement, a segmented purchasing and multi-party coordination model is often adopted, which results in high coordination costs and risks and makes interface responsibilities difficult to define. To address this industry pain point, Kerui brought its Integrated Solutions Across the Value Chain to the exhibition, highlighting the company's complete chain capability of “equipment + services + operation & maintenance.” “Across the Value Chain integration” means more than a complete product portfolio — it weaves equipment, technology and services into one complete chain: with integrated equipment covering the full spectrum of drilling, stimulation, natural gas processing and compression equipment as the hardware foundation; with front-end R&D and intelligent manufacturing as the technical support; and with integrated aftermarket services such as operation and maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades and retrofits as long-term assurance. This helps customers shorten project cycles and reduce operation and maintenance uncertainty, delivering stable support across the full life cycle — from a single well to an entire station, and from delivery to operation and maintenance.

In the drilling segment of equipment integration, KRIDS Intelligent Rig in terms of digital intelligence, the rig is equipped with more than ten types of automated equipment, including a power catwalk, the rig floor manipulator, the racking platform pipe-handling manipulator and an offline stand-building system. It enables one-click operation for offline stand building and one-click tripping operations, making on-site operations more intelligent, safe, and efficient. The rig is fitted with the independently developed ATS Intelligent Control System with full intellectual property rights; relying on its technical advantages, drilling speed can be increased by 30% to 70%. In terms of cost reduction, efficiency improvement and safety management, through the video recognition intelligent perception system, we have shortened the stand-building time to less than 15 minutes and reduced 5 operators on site. The matched ZMS 2.0 Health Management System enables safety management of personnel and equipment, reducing the incidence of safety accidents by over 90%. In terms of green and low-carbon development, the energy management system and electric energy storage technology achieve dual reductions in fuel consumption and carbon emissions, with both fuel consumption reduction and gas emission reduction reaching 15%.
Around integrated drilling and workover equipment, Kerui delivers the R&D and manufacturing of special rigs including conventional onshore skid-mounted drilling rigs, a full range of truck-mounted drilling and workover rigs, arctic drilling rigs, fast-moving drilling rigs and cluster well drilling rigs, as well as the KRIDS Intelligent Drilling Rig, together with various supporting products and shared operation and maintenance services.

In the reservoir stimulation and production enhancement segment, the coiled tubing units showcased on site are acclaimed as the “all-purpose operation equipment” in oil and gas production, and are widely applied to such operations as acidizing, fracturing, well flushing, fishing, cementing, well logging and underbalanced drilling. The products embody the philosophy of highly integrated intelligence, low cost with high returns, safety and reliability, and environmental protection and energy conservation. The complete unit features fully electronic pressure acquisition, real-time monitoring of key parameters and anomaly early warning. Equipped with an optional IoT remote-transmission module, it supports real-time data monitoring and dynamic geolocation information, enabling automatic adjustment, automatic shutdown, and push notifications for anomalies and maintenance information. The standard ESS emergency shutdown system provides alarm and automatic braking in response to high temperature, low pressure and instantaneous fluctuations in coiled tubing weight.
Kerui delivers the R&D and manufacturing of conventional fracturing equipment from 1,000 to 3,000 hp, electric-driven fracturing equipment from 1,000 to 8,000 hp, a full range of diesel-driven and electric-driven cementing equipment, coiled tubing equipment with injector pulling capacities ranging from 20,000 to 200,000 lb, as well as various types of water injection, polymer injection, oil transfer, metering, chemical injection and ESP equipment.

In the natural gas processing and surface engineering segment, the modular LNG natural gas processing station is suitable for oil-field associated gas, flare gas and pipeline gas, and can be custom-designed specifically for sour associated gas in the Middle East and desert high-temperature, dusty operating conditions. Such stations can perform feed gas separation, boosting, deacidification, deep dehydration, mercury removal and cryogenic liquefaction, and can optionally add an LPG recovery unit based on the feed gas composition to increase overall returns. The entire plant is selected and constructed in accordance with ASME pressure vessel standards and the NACE MR0175 sour-service international standard, providing a mature and reliable natural gas purification and cryogenic liquefaction process for the development of associated gas from Middle East gas fields, ensuring long-term stable operation of the facility and contributing to the high-quality development of the regional natural gas clean-energy industry.
In the natural gas compression and processing equipment segment, as one of Ariel's largest packagers in China, Kerui owns globally advanced production and manufacturing equipment as well as refined production processes and a sound quality management system, and strictly implements mainstream international standards. Its equipment covers compressor units and compressor functional equipment, gas separation equipment, natural gas treatment and application equipment, distributed energy generation equipment and non-standard pressure vessels, meeting the technical standards of different regions and countries.

The Global Operation and Maintenance Services Division is Kerui's global aftermarket shared platform. Built on Kerui's drilling and workover rig equipment, oilfield stimulation equipment, natural gas equipment and gas separation equipment, it provides professional and efficient full life cycle management services—including equipment maintenance, inspection and repair, upgrades and retrofits, operation and maintenance outsourcing, spare parts and consumables supply, and skilled talent training—to upstream and downstream customers across the oil & gas industry. Today, Kerui is advancing its overseas localization strategy and has established repair factories and spare parts warehouses in Central Asia, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and North Africa, building an integrated capability of “equipment + spare parts + localized production + technology + services” and extending its business from equipment sales to full life cycle services.
