A police officer allegedly shot a teenager after a group of youngsters apparently tipped over a portable loo while the cop was inside.

The off-duty special deputy was working a second job as a security guard in East Cleveland,Ohio, when he went to use a porta potty, according to a Cuyahoga County spokesperson.

While the officer was inside, the loo was pushed over.

Upon emerging from the surely uncomfortable mess, the officer reportedly saw several people including an individual who was allegedly pulling a gun from his waistband,WOIO reported on Tuesday.

The officer is accused of opening fire on the group, which fled in a vehicle.

Later that day,a 15-year-old boy arrived at University Hospital with a gunshot wound. He is believed to have been shot by the officer. The teen is expected to survive.

The officer, who was not hurt, has not been named.

He maintained his police commission through the sheriff’s department, and was not working for the county.

It happened two-and-a-half years after a 40-year-old man using a portaloo was crushed to death by a bulldozer as workers put away equipment and prepared to close the North Central Landfull in Florida. The bulldozer operator had his line of sight partially obstructed by a blade that was three or four feet off the ground, police said. It wasn’t until the driver heard a rumbling noise that he realized he had run over the portable restroom. The operator found the victim unresponsive inside the porta potty and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

And in a weird incident in January in Banbury,Oxfordshire,a gang of thieves were captured on CCTV footage using angle grinders to break into a toilet supplier and stealing 13 portable loos. The video showed the criminals loading the portaloos onto two vehicles as a third suspect kept watch outside the business.
