Transgender inmate,Nthabiseng Mokoena,is currently serving life behind bars for robbery and murder. But she alleges that she’s been harassed and unfairly discriminated against by wardens who’ve refused her access to gender-affirming healthcare,women’s clothes and an appropriate cell,which the Correctional Services Commissioner has since,on record,denied.
